Interesting video and i liked the cozy drawing part a lot. Also the tips about how one should build the design have been really helpful. Thank you for that! With alibaba and manufacturing in china in general i'd be a bit cautious. Yes, the manifacturing will be way cheaper, than letting produce more locally (which doesn't have to be in your area but means at least in your country if possible), but i saw a lot of artists whos designs were stolen by chinese manifacturers. The designs were taken then to be mass produced and sold way cheaper than the actual artists are selling their products. Also the manifacturers having often a way bigger audience than the artists, which leads to them making way more money with the artists design, than the artists themselves... It's maybe worth it, to keep that risk in mind for the future.

I understand the width can be split up, but why do we have to also split the height? Should not the hieght be fixed? For instance should it not be 3500 x 360 px (keeping the height) the same?
The manufactures will tell you the bleeds and format to save the artwork off. Talk to them first so that you can prepare the artwork to their specifications. If there are any issues they will tell you so that you can rework it and in many cases they may fix it. It’s very easy just talk to one. 😊

What pencil do you usually prefer for outlining? Is it a generic one or custom?
she mentioned in another video (redrawing a sticker sheet) that she uses the dry ink brush for outlining :') hope it helps!
What DPI is the canvas? I made the exact size canvas as yours with 600 DPI, but my sketches still look slightly pixelated.

The bleeds and figuring out format is what always gets me from contacting manufacturers 😭😭😭
The manufactures will tell you the bleeds and format to save the artwork off. Talk to them first so that you can prepare the artwork to their specifications. If there are any issues they will tell you so that you can rework it and in many cases they may fix it. It’s very easy just talk to one. 😊
