    Hi, after replacing the brushes of my actuator, my car drives again but there's a problem where gearing up or down will randomly be delayed (2-3 seconds). I'm not getting any error code so I suspect it's a hydraulic problem. I think I bled it properly so do you have any idea what the problem is? Could it be the master cylinder?

      Hi. Are you able to scan the vehicle for any fault codes at all? If you could do this and then email our technical support team, at info@ecutesting.com, with the results of the scan, details of the fault symptoms, what work you have already carried out on the vehicle and it's make and model, then they will assist you further. Cheers

    Hey is this possible to do while its still mounted on the car? Is compressed air on a can strong enough to put it on place? I Dont have an compressor.

    • @Ecutestinglimited
      @Ecutestinglimited  10 месяцев назад +1

      Hi. You should be able to do this with the Easytronic unit still fitted to the vehicle, however you would need to remove the master cylinder to pressure lock it. We would recommend following the hydraulic locking method, as the compressed air can may not be strong enough to air lock it.

    Getting a P1731 - actuator temperature code on a Corsa Combo 2008 1.3 diesel.
    Which actuator is this referring to? The gear actuator or the clutch actuator??
    I did hear sometimes on idle the sound of a mechanical cog style actuator making a whirr sound intermittently which would raise the revs momentarily at the same time.
    Any ideas? It drives ok, there's a slight whine sound from the box and F flashes up now and then.

    Hello. I see you screw the piston all the way out before refit... But after your finished refiting... Do you screw the piston all the way back til you get resistance? It dosent show in the video.

    • @Ecutestinglimited

      Hi. No, you should leave the piston in it's most protruding position when refitting the actuator to the vehicle.

My guess ists not bleeded correctly the pump is broken or the clutch?!?. Do you have any suggestions? Thx

    I’ve a Freind with automatic gearbox Corsa can’t get any gears could this be same problem

    • @Ecutestinglimited
      @Ecutestinglimited  2 года назад

      Hi. Yes a faulty clutch actuator could cause no gears to be selected, so the steps in the video are worth trying. If that doesn't resolve the issue, then you can always send the unit into us where we will complete a full re-build of the unit. To do this, email our technical support team at info@ecutesting.com with details of you fault, part number and any diagnostic fault codes or information. Thanks

    Hi do you know the cause of P1740 and P1732, intermittent on a easytronic system , thanks

    • @Ecutestinglimited
      @Ecutestinglimited  10 месяцев назад

      Hi. We usually find that the P1732 fault code is a symptom of a failing Easytronic unit. If you would like to get your unit tested and re-built then please fill in our online test form: myaccount.ecutesting.com/ for details of how to send your unit into us. Any further questions please email our technical support team on info@ecutesting.com, and they will be happy to assist you further. Thanks.

    Does it need reprogramming if it’s replaced ?

    • @Ecutestinglimited
      @Ecutestinglimited  2 года назад

      Hi. With the re-building service we provide the unit will not need re-coding to the vehicle. However if you buy a replacement then it would need re-coding once re-fitted.

    Hello, I have an easytronic 2005 astra H. The gear goes straight to A4 when I shift to A from startup, instead of A1 first and it makes the car hard to accelerate. What could be the problem

    • @Ecutestinglimited
      @Ecutestinglimited  Год назад

      Hi. If you could, we would recommend scanning the vehicle for any fault codes as these will help aid the diagnosis.

      @@Ecutestinglimited I did the pedal test, and it gave about 3 codes which relates to the cooling fan. Ecn 148306, Ecn 148206, Ecn 111606

      Hi. We would recommend getting a diagnostic scan tool plugged in and reading the codes this way, as the pedal test codes can be less specific.

    Hey, what could cause the following issue? Opel Corsa 1.2 Easytronic 2009 - car drives fine for 20 mins. After that under havy load when gearbox needs to change from 5th to 4th the clutch slips, the F start flashing and check engine light comes on. This is solved by releasing the gas... (F turns to A again), but if more gas is applied it starts slipping again. Is it a cluch plate problem or actuator?

      Hi. Are you able to scan the vehicle for any fault codes to help determine if the problem is electronic or mechanical? Cheers

    • @Ecutestinglimited
      @Ecutestinglimited  2 года назад

      Hi. No worries, if you are able to take the vehicle for a diagnostic scan then that could help with the diagnosis. However, we don't believe the fault you are describing sounds like it is being caused by an electrical issue, and it is more likely mechanical such as a clutch slip or clutch plate fault. If you get it code red then we would be able to help you further. Hope that helps!

    Вот это кочено то что не нужно рекомендовать делать😂 он надевается гараздо проше, подымаете шток до упора, ставите гцс на место, ставите блок наместо, подключаете шланги, и через спускной нипель закачиваете в гцс тормазную жидкость, закрываете нипель, потом отверткой прокручие ваете шток вниз и он сам спокойно защелкивается.
