Acapella Performance - Gloss Up Performs “DPWM” and Shares How the Song Came to Be

Released in July of 2022, "DPWM" is the first official single from Memphis rapper Gloss Up following her signing to powerhouse label Quality Control Music. In June of 2022, QC's "P" tweeted "I want to sign Gloss Up from Memphis. She too hard, plus I love helping the 'TheUnderDawgs' get on top." "DPWM" was inspired by the acronym itself, Gloss Up tells HotNewHipHop. Gloss goes on to share that she hopes the song boosts the confidence of others.
