Interview - On The Come Up: Gloss Up

Hailing from Memphis, Tennessee, rapper Gloss Up gained attention in the Hip-Hop community following her appearance in the music video for GloRilla's hit song "F.N.F." Gloss Up's career began with the a string of freestyles over popular instrumentals before releasing her first official project, Different Shades of Gloss, in the summer of 2019. In 2021, Gloss teamed up with HitKidd and other Memphis femcees for the release of "Set The Tone" and "Set The Tone 2." The success of these songs helped to propel Gloss Up into the mainstream and eventually landing a record deal with Quality Control Music.
