Thanks. Compatibility is fixed but I have done it in a slightly different way. Just troubleshoot compatibility with Windows 10. The software that I want to install is the old version working on Windows 7, Windows XP etc.

Thanks, it's working. But the problem I have now is with Java I guess, after application exe loading, then the java prompt launch but with blank white that shows up...can you help me please? I'm also trying to open Cambridge Face2Face 2nd edition application. FYI, I have installed Java already, it works well, 32 and 64 bits. It worked fine before, then I reinstalled my windows 11 to 10.

Good video. Got me past that error, but installation still does not finish. Whether I go express or advanced, it never goes past the "installing" step. Seems to freeze there. I even left it sit for 30 minutes and the status bar never moved. Ideas?
