Im Confused 😕 On the Legal Terminology of Sexual Cases. There's Sexual assualt, Battery, Abuse amongst others legal statues. When I read Sexual Abuse I think 🤔 Minors and Someone with Significant Advantages over the Victim. Not Adult Women Who are Strangers to Him, Then Is Abuse considered Penetractixn or Just unwanted Physical Contact 🤔. Not CONDONING any Type of Violence especially SEXUAL but theres a BIG Difference Between Being Groped Inappropriately and GRXPED In the Bushes. Just Wondered Why the Legal Statues seemed to be ALL Meshed Together, Not Really Understanding the STORY to them then...
Sexual assault, battery, and abuse refers to the act alone it has nothing to do with the victim’s age. Those terms are used for both adults and minors. If it’s a minor they’ll just mention that the victim is a minor. At the end of the day abuse is abuse despite one’s age.
