this is the first time I have seen a decent helper quarters and bathroom. otherwise the houses are gorgeous but the helpers quarters are so small and congested to the point they look claustrophobic
They looked very crappy and small to me. Everyday you remind your employee they are worthy less than you . . . and remind them their employer is only a little better than toilet paper. Then you should not complain when your employee treat you like toilet paper.
Beautiful for the price but I really wonder how do people live in such luxurious apartments...giving me a fancy hotel like vibes. How do they maintain these... even the thought of it makes me worrisome
Finally an open kitchen! Otherwise every lux property’s kitchen in India looks like it is made to be used by the servants (cook) predominantly, which just might be the case, and hence look very mediocre, with poor build quality and closed-walls layout. This one is a refreshing change.

Fantastic presenter!!...really professional in her work. Iike the project except for few things in the house. Like that black marble or whatever coffee table, the bathrooms are very dark which isn't really comfortable for decent sized bathrooms. But overall the project is awesome.
