Castillo is one of my favourite Columbian varietals. Can't wait to try this!

Hi. I noticed the timemore c2 grinder in action there. With that 30g dose in the video - how many clicks did you have on the grinder? And would it be the same number of clicks on a 15g dose ?

Hi Abu, I don’t work for Workshop coffee but I can definitely answer your question. For the most basic brewing method with a 30g dose of dry ground coffee, a 90g bloom followed by a single pour up until 500g, I would start at 23 clicks. For a dose of 15g dry coffee grounds I would bloom (the first pour) with 45g of water and then after waiting 40 seconds pour up until a final weight of 250g. I would try starting at around 17 clicks. If your brew is too bitter grind courser (higher click number) and if it’s too weak grind finer. I hope this helps!
