  • An excerpt from a performance titled Naitom Jagoi in 1997. Poushali Chatterjee showcased how solo compositions were curated from the Rasleelas. In this case, Kaliya Daman is taken from Maharas, where Gopies reminisce the childhood deeds of Lord Krishna. Based on an earlier music composition, Guru Bipin Singh created this fresh choreography on Poushali’s request. This is probably the last composition he did before he left for his heavenly abode in 2000. In the live music, Guru Bipin Singh’s voice can be heard, reciting the bols.
Dance & Music composed by Guru Bipin Singh
    Vocals: Smt Atashi Chatterjee
    Pung (Percussion): Oja Birmangal Singh
