  • Making avocado pollack roe rice (for 1 person)
    Ingredients
    1/2 avocado, 1 row of pollack roe, 1 sheet of laver for lunch box, 1/3T mayonnaise,
    Sliced green onion 10g (1T), wasabi 1/5T, rice 200g (1 bowl)
    -Soy sauce
    Tzuyu (Japanese soy sauce) 1/2T, soy sauce 1/2T, honey 1/2T
    1)Place 200g of rice in a bowl.
    2)Cut the avocado in half, remove the seeds and peel
    Cut it about 0.5cm thick.
    3)Slice the green onions thinly.
    4)Cut the pollack roe and separate the eggs with a spoon.
    5)Make a 1/2T soy sauce, 1/2T soy sauce, and 1/2T honey soy sauce.
    6)avocado cut on the rice, 1T of pollack roe (shell separated pollack roe), 1 sheet of laver for lunch box (cut with scissors),
    Add 1/3T of mayonnaise, 10G (1T) of chopped green onion, 1/5T of wasabi, and mix it with soy sauce!!
    -Cooking tips
    If you're going to use avocado right away, buy an avocado that feels fluffy when you buy it at the mart.
    Use the pollack roe without removing the skin and mix it with a spoon
    If you don't have tsuyu, you can mix soy sauce and honey or oligosaccharide in 1:1 ratio
