I don't recommend the air fryer for this type of fry chicken. Use cooking oil in a pot (medium to high heat) enough to slightly cover the chicken.1/4 cup or 3 tablespoon of corn starch. Add everything to the ziplock bag, then drop the chicken as in the video.. Let me know if this helps ❤️
No additional corn starch in the bowl, just the flour..I don't recommend the air fryer for this style of fry chicken. You can use an electric deep fryer, a cast iron pot/skillet or a pot

Hey Shawn..thanks for the support..The brine is made of butter milk and hot pepper sauce. Pour it on the seasoned chicken, then leave it to marinate for 2 to 24hrs . I seasoned and marinated these in the brine the night before. I kept it in the refrigerator overnight..It doesnt have to soak that long..That was just my choice. Chicken looks good 👍. Why do you season the chicken and season the flour? I never use cornstarch because when the temperature of your oil is at the right temperature it will get a good crunch. Too much for me however to each its own.

Too much breading and you should've breaded, then removed from access flour and laid to rest until ready to fry.....But you get an "A" for effort Chef....👌😇
