This is a level 1 box which is why the majority of the cards are non-halo R cards. Move up to level 2 boxes then all the R cards are Halo. I think these go up to level 4 or 5 and have different offering as they go and few packs as well. If you’re trying to get a decent collection then investing in all the levels helps. Hey..!
