Prayer is all about relationship. In Revelation 3:20, Jesus equates relationship with a dining table, i.e. prayer is a place of dining or communion with God. There, you learn to come to Him as a child, bring all your helplessness and stay focused on Him. There, He reveals Himself to you, reveals the real you and changes you into His image.
