Oh, come on it's been dry in Arizona for the last two years the government or someone seating the clouds they're seeding a lot of times it makes it very hot. A lot of people are documenting this or they do it to bring in the rain so I'm beginning to wonder what the temperature here in Phoenix really is but anyways why aren't they clearing the brush the brush needs to be cleared. They need to manage the dried brush, I mean clearly we should we can see what's going on in California that should teach us everything we need to know
