This is so crazy. I went into foster care at 11 too, so much is the same. I've had over 40 addresses in my life. Later I joined the Hare Krishnas and became vegetarian and now I'm vegan and going raw this year. I've raised my own kids and stay in India mostly but I'll be in Bali later this year so I really hope I get to meet this lady.

Wow. Coming through such a tough upbringing. Then turning out to be a lovely soul. Helpful to others like Ronnie is. Really enjoyed this one. Thank you

I'm not sure its an eating disorder as much as it is achieving Balance. You go from one extreme - - drugs and a poor diet - - to the other extreme - - an extremely clean diet and superb health. . . then you just brought yourself back to your Center. I've been vegan for somewhere between 35 and 40 years, and now 100% raw live foodist for 15 years. I would never go back to cooked foods. . . they make me tired. Why would I want that? I would not. . but you're young and can find your balance. I applaud your efforts with all you've been thru. I've had difficult early upbringing and serious health issues from an early age also. .. so I understand. My heart goes out to you. . you are one brave chick. All best to you in the future. .

Ronnie: Foster not adoption -- foster in USA usually $ involved.... there's a vegan punk rock guy that is interviewed by Richard Raw that tells about his experience as well he had a very painful abusive situation and they were denied food so some of the money the government gives foster homes is supposed to be for the children to have food clothing and care.... i'm not saying all foster homes are that way but it seems that in the worst case scenario it's about money and it's not properly monitored...
