USCIS approval: September 19,2021
From my petition filing to petition approval, my category was current in visa bulletin.
Although,it started changing in 2021 ..
Does visa available affect cspa , if it was current from filling to approval?
What about a Lebanese deported but married to us citizen still waiting .
the us embassy case says expiring soon after filling missing document through a lawyer they requested 221g very frustrating

Hi GN Sub....since you are a gn sub, i want to answer your question, but not quite sure of your process. Is your wife a USC? Are you applying to pick up the green card abroad? Has the I - 130 been approved? Is the case at NVC?
