An afternoon spent at Kildare during May 2002. Plenty of variety, helped by cement trains interspersed between passenger trains.

I have fond memories of Kildare. In 1982 we lodged there and took the train to Dublin rather than fight traffic in the city. The return in the evening riding a Cravens next to the open window behind an 071 in full chat was intense! Thanks for the flashback.
