And I still wonder why they just called it that simple (Channel television) If someone who speaks Spanish translates it, they would say it like this: Canal de television

Having been brought up in Hampshire I remember seeing the various station logos for shows that franchise had produced (Southern TV, Thames, Anglia, Yorkshire and so on) but I don't ever recall seeing the Channel ident prefixing a show. Does this mean that apart from local news items, Channel didn't make any shows, or at least any that were broadcast on the rest of the ITV network?

This British television station ended in 2013, because when ITV rebranded in that year, the news programing has been brought to other ITV regions.
