Building an Engine Wiring Harness - Lancia Delta Integrale

In this episode we are showing the building process of an engine wiring harness for a Lancia Delta Integrale. From designing the wiring loom, cutting all the wires to the correct length following the wire cut list. Starting with pinning the main connector and concentric twisting the sections. Sheating the loom and finish the branche points with moulded boots. Finally attaching the labels and the connectors.

Beautiful work. I thought at first you'd keep a rod through the loops at the connector as a mechanical strain relief. But the loops are to reduce strain/wear on wires at the connector pins, aren't they? Brilliant. Thank you for sharing this video.
