Xavi is one of the few players I have ever seen who can have 3-4 guys around him and it just doesn't phase him at all. Most players would try to get rid of the ball as quickly as possible in those circumstances or end up losing the ball, and Xavi will fake, control the ball, and wait until something opens up. His ball control and field presence (when his team has the ball) is absolutely out of this world. One player on their own has no chance of marking him effectively, let alone dispossessing
