Thanks for the details. I usually do the same as this is the only the recipe I used to make every 15 or 20 days. My kids love these home made nuggets. N they take them in their school lunch also. I use hara Dhania instead of parsley n when I give them shape I put them in fridge for 20 30 min n then take out for coating as they become little firm to handle. Second I don't aligned directly on tray surface as it becomes bit difficult to take out or need butter knife to detach so I always put them on plastic sheet n layered one by one.
