G'day mate awesome video as always, and WOW that is a cracker of a fish for the Broadwater! Well done 😁👍 I went out offshore lately and the biggest Snapper I got was 63cm - so for the Broadwater especially your 62cm fish is an absolute stonker. Keep up the great videos mate 👍🎣 tight lines!
Thanks mate Will give those spot a try The powerlines looks good what depth of water do you fish How long a drive from paradise point boat ramp do you think it is Tight lines 🐟
Hi peter Mullet fillet cut about size of little finger Cut top about cm wide to a point at other end Hook though top end the wide end About 5 mm down 4/0 circle hook reminder to not strike the circle hook does the work Good luck 🐟
Hi mate The reel is a Quantum Cabo 40 I use 8 lb spider wire stealth braid colour is camo green With 20 lb black magic leader around a metre and 4/0 circle hook On a 3 to 6 kg silstar crystal power tip 6 foot rod Thought I was gone I could feel it running across the anchor rope Fingers crossed 🤞 Thanks for watching
I try to fish around half way in the water column Have to change sinker a lot to the tide flow But you get used to it Thanks for watching Tight lines 👍
I fish around 15 feet to 25 feet Most important is to get the right sinker weigh Need to fish around half way from the bottom So change sinker to the tide flow it can take some time to get it right Thanks for watching 👍
Hi john I have a vids call targeting snapper in the Broadwater It will show you the tackle also Some areas around sovereign island I marked with a X on the map Mullet fillet for bait cut into little finger size pieces Hook though one end about 1cm from top of bait that’s it And a lot of patients buy mullet from charis seafood Good luck 👍
Another great video mate nice fish
