I also add hemp seeds and chia seeds to my oatmeal to add protein and omega 3s etc. I like to mix fresh salsa with cottage cheese and eat it with tortilla chips.
I chop tomatoes in cottage cheese with everything bagel seasoning. Sometimes I add chopped cucumber. I like cottage cheese with green beans. Cottage cheese with fruit is good! As always this was a fun video. I heard Daisy in the back ground, miss seeing her. Take care!

Good Culture cottage cheese is more expensive, but so good! It's high in protein and has great ingredients-no citric acid or natiral flavors. It's great with everything seasoning and/or black pepper too.
Definitely would appreciate more healthy recipes. These all looked yummy. Like Bunkey, i enjoy cottage cheese. I usually add a spoonful or 2 of it to my salads because it helps me use less high calorie dressing, plus the added protein is more filling.
I’ve got a salad that I’ve been addicted to like your chicken nugget one. I saw this on Insta, but I can’t remember who it was. She took bagged salad-the very veggie one. I use part that and part romaine. Then air fry as many Tyson buffalo strip chicken. Cut it up and put it on you salad. I also add extra veggies. But the thing that makes it even better, take some dill pickles and cut them up. Add them to the salad. Dressing, mix ranch dressing with a little of the pickle juice, and pour on the salad. I’ve been eating this every day. It’s so good! I need to try your recipe!~Dana

You need to try "Just Bare" chicken. It's sold at Publix and Costco here in North Atanta. It is the best! They make nuggets, strips, and whole breast. I make chicken parm with it! Just cover it with Rao's put mozzarella on top, put foil on it. Cook 45 min. Use temp on pkg. OMG the best. It's the best chicken
Yes please try to incorporate more healthy eating! I couldn't help but laugh when your husband said maybe add a veggie or 2 cause I struggle with adding vegetables to meals! I know I should but I don't want to dirty another dish most times! You both are just so enjoyable to watch though! Love the healthier recipes. I also like cottage cheese, eggs and hash browns together for breakfast. Especially a runny egg that will mix it all together, but I know that’s not your jam. 😊
I do that all the time but with grilled chicken or you can do the same thing with marinara and cheese and it’s like chicken parm. But I will say by using the bag nuggets that are so processed and breaded that’s kinda making it not healthy lol but still yummy
The recipes look delicious! You might want to start measuring your portions either before say only boiling 1 cup of pasta and weighing out the amount of chicken per portion. You might be surprised as to the quantity in a serving.

Out of much love I just have to say to Boy Bunkey, please DoNot make them am Diet Coke a thing. This is coming from experience and a shared love of the drink. The carbonation is bad for your bones, and the chemicals in it are bad for the rest of you. Dark Cola also contributes to kidney stones. My hub found that out the hard way. ❤❤❤
Sorry...those "nuggets" are not healthy or remotely healthy. Look up the news on that company lately. Get organic pasture-raised chicken from a local farm/ranch. Avoid bad seed oils(anything other than avocado/olive/coconut), natural flavor, sugar, bio-engineered food ingredient in the ingredients list of items. ✌️

I know you don't like onions, but with your new found love for Cottage cheese here is a recipe that came from my grandmother's army wives cookbook 16oz Cottage cheese 1/2 chopped green pepper 3 chopped green onions 1 C halved cherry or grape tomatoes Salt & pepper It's soooo good!
Ohhhh I just made something similar. A Greek version. Cottage cheese, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, (olives and feta optional but v good) with a drizzle of balsamic or red wine vinegar. Soooo good!!
I switched from Quaker Oats to Bobs Red Mill brand and oh my goodness, the taste difference is amazing, I’ll never go back. Bobs also has the best granola I’ve ever had, their lemon blueberry and their peanut butter granolas are so yummy in yogurt. Eating healthier makes you feel so good too. ❤
I wish we had more bobs red mill here! Only 1 store carries it and it's SUPER expensive! It's not sold in our walmarts. Whole foods and TJ's are about 40 mins away.

I love this new direction Jessica!😍 Making good choices allows you to splurge occasionally!😘 Eating one peanut butter cup after dinner is better than eating a big slice of cake!😋 I love cottage cheese with fruit and I like adding it to dishes I cook. I've always used it in lasagna instead of ricotta and I've been using it spaghetti bakes. It melts when you cook with it and comes out so good.☺️ There are so many things you can streamline when you're cooking meals! Sometimes just decreasing quantities of some ingredients helps it be lighter. I think most of us would like to see lighter meals and everything you make always looks delicious!😚 Thanks for sharing another great video!🥰

Yes, I’d like to see more healthy recipes. I recently cut out most sugar and lost seven pounds, which is hard for a 66 year old. Although, I have to admit that I exited the train over Christmas. I’m going to get back on track with it because I feel so much better without all that sugar.

There is something called swerve brown sugar. It is a little spendy BUT use it 1 to 1 like you would brown sugar. So yummy. I even used it like pralines for my sweet potato hot dish. Try it done. Less sugar even than honey.

I just discovered good culture cottage cheese. I didn't realize it at the time but I actually picked up the double cream version. Oh my goodness! Before you serve the oatmeal, add a spoon full of peanut butter. The taste is wonderful and it will stay with you until mid afternoon!
