Sir what if there are no markers in blood, but a tumor is detected in testicle in ultrasound? Is it treated as a cancer or any further tests done to confirm? How do you make sure you are not misdiagnosing testicular tb as cancer?
Any solid mass in testes is considered cancer unless proven otherwise
