That’s actually a piece ordered for an at4 that isnt chrome from the factory, it’s black, that’s the best way around it. I had my chrome piece painted first and it eventually flaked off, I broke it and threw it away.
I’m going through smoothing for paint match right now on my 2020, I was able to strip the chrome off the grill surround and hood nose piece by laying them in a germicidal bleach bath for 2 days. Eats it right off, then a quick wet sand with 400 grit and it’s ready for paint.
If you ever buy Fury tires you’ll see the sidewalls come on like a 45 degree angle just sitting on the ground, I can tell you these tires were not stretched on.

I would just color match the lower valance, nothing more. Sharp truck! 2018 was the first year that offered the white tri frost paint.
