      Thank you! It was a remarkable time making this many contacts per pass. I can’t say I’ve ever heard anyone make 12 contacts on a single fm pass before.

    Love the videos, are you using a certain app to track the satellites and get azimuth and elevation? Almost ready to give it a go

      Thank you! Nope, I use GoSatWatch to see the approach and after that it’s all good old fashioned radio operation. When you watch the video notice how I will track the antenna ahead of the sat until it hits the fringe, pull it back a little, then raise and lower listening for the same. I am centering the view of the antenna to capture the sat as it passes through the beam width. That way I am free to operate and purely by listening i am tracking by the millisecond on the fly.

      Awesome! It’s a great FM dual bander you will be happy with it. It’s a little quirky to get programmed but once done it’s fine. Best of luck with it! One day I will have a 9700
