the best part is, that this isn't the final phase (I think) We see COTV in his second phase, supported by the appearabce of lost soul TITR in the background, also KAB is in his second phase too. It would be stupid for the two to Die in this phase, ignoring their 3'rd phases, so I think that they will survive to the next phase, and them will face of against the human one final time, with a new Ally, because betrayer is seen hit in this phase, so he won't survive. I wonder will the trio get a new member, or betrayer will survive somehow (maby to save him COTV will get him to the lost soul state to avoid him being killed) but one thing is certain, they are going to win this. KAB's code manipulation and COTV's determination is too much for the human even if they would have to fight only these two.
also both CoTV and KAB ending has been “tied” with the player, where CoTV kept the player in a soul capsule while KAB managed to even reset and tie with the human.
Crazy.
Simply kab with use karma and heal betrayer, the reason he didn't do it now is because it seems to put stress on the body as you can tell with his cracks and it could be dangerous, but if betrayer is dying then why not heal him with karma? CTT has been willing to stray off the path of how most trios are made, which is each sans just goes on with their phases with no changes, but with TITR being revived instead of papyrus it shows that they are willing to make some changes, so I would not be surprised if KAB heals betrayer.
