So the Scripture say that God knows the hearts of men so as we see by example, as God began to reveal himself and to use men called of God to take the truth of his word to others that God was going to allow man to either receive or reject truth. Jesus said, bless it are those that here and see. So as the word of truth goes forward, the scripture says it will accomplish that which God sent it to accomplish and so man who is in darkness, will either see the light of truth or not. As men of God, anointed of God, we are just vessels that are sent to proclaim the truth to a world that is in darkness and in sin.
