Nick gets anxious and feels the need to please everyone because he feels guilty. He pitched this idea to everyone that’s on his team now. The idea of the channel and the growth of this business as well as what roll they would all play. They agreed to it and went all in. The way he pitched it to Sky was also a reason she got into this. But he did so in a way that’s wasn’t realistic at all. Now he can’t keep everyone happy but feels like he owes it to them since he promised certain things that now can’t happen. Those are the growing pains in most businesses when you get people involved.
