    The gy6 150s are easier imo.
    You just don't have the nifty center stand the 49cc do.
    I see alot of 50s around because people don't usually need a motorcycle endorsement., Just a regular drivers license.
    imo Go get the motorcycle 1 class, its worth it.
    No centrifugal (scooter/chainsaw) clutches allowed.
    You'll learn gears & clutches.
    But lawd when you Do try a stock 150, 30mph is no longer the speed limit ☺.
    Ive pulled 70mph cooking on a stock engine. The 150s float at 40 50mph.
    Not anymore maintenance then a lawn tractor. Just goes alot further.

    Hello rolling wrench, I have a 09 Honda zoomer, same as the ruckus but out of the EU. it does not run because of (I think) engine problems. I’m planning on taking it apart. Is the engine of this ruckus different from mine? This one has a carbarator of course, but anything more than that?

    Any tips on rebuilding the bottom half of these engines I have a 2016 yamaha zuma 50 fx with a snapped rod and can't find any info on torque specs or tear downs anywhere?

      Fear not the 2 stroke.
      Thats the best and simplest engine humans ever made.
      No camshaft or timing chains & gears.
      The piston and cylinder do it all...and fast.
      Just don't run them lean & you can fly them to the Arctic and back.

    Gotta work on your camera focusing lol if I wanted to see a drill clearly unscrew something I would watched that, would be nice to see what he’s unscrewing.

    I wonder if anyone has ever turbocharged a GET before. You think the GET could handle that?

      It’s not worth the hassle. But if you like the hassle you can get some cool points a few oogles and a ton of laughs and head shakes.

    Where is the starter?

    • @RollingWrench
      @RollingWrench  Год назад +1

      It doesn’t have a traditional starter. Power is applied to the stator to make the engine turn

    Where's the starter located?

    • @RollingWrench
      @RollingWrench  Год назад

      There is no traditional starter on a GET engine. It uses the stator to turn the magneto by applying power

    I don't like your new format. I came here for information and the wisdom of experience, not so much entertainment, something to stare blankly at like a screensaver on a idle computer.
