My mind blows UP as well with a cluttered home! I can't connect ideas, I get in a bad mood, and many more negative drawbacks

Food and snacks really help. I often do my Bible time when she is eating breakfast and give her a snack after every page that she reads. We also put a swing in the living room that we can easily remove so she can be moving oh and having a pet really helps with the emotional freak outs probably with all kids not just ADHD.
