Ekko might be the hardest character in the game simply because you have to learn every other character to play her optimally although maybe not, since you can just ult tanks every time
They're going to have to nerf her ult charge in or out of ult. Rein vs. Rein matchup is going to be dependent upon Echo. She can get two shatters up in one ultimate
