Those parents wish there was proper treatment for their addicted children to return to health. They wish there was more effort to rid Canada of the influx of harmful drugs being snuck across our borders. They wish there were more Detox facilities and more treatment centres. I worked in this sector, I never heard a parent wish there were safer drugs! What a load of BS this guy speaks.

I wish. That they would talk about important issues. As someone who is English from New brunswick, I can tell you there is no decline in French. Mostly, French speaking people get all the government jobs, and English gets the scraps of whatever jobs are left. They expect people to be bilingual to work at minimum wage jobs. Sorry I don't believe in providing drugs to people period . Provide processes for people to get off drugs not some bleeding heart supply of drugs that are "safe" Those who do that only increase the dependence of these drug users allowing them to continue to use.
I worked at a shelter that had safe injection/inhalation area. All we did was watch (support) people spiral down the addiction disorder. Constant overdose-Naloxone cycle. We saw people die from drugs. I am so burned out and sickened from 2 years of working in this harmful practice. There is no help for me or other staff being traumatized by this, WCB is a joke too! I will never work in this area ever again.

In Qubec if you work overtime you are taxed. If you get a bonus you are taxed and taxed again from the original bonus. I lived in Quebec until 1999. We got a bonus from my company, 2500$. I got 500$. In Ontario the got 1800$.
