If judges are appointed through collegium system this will be the outcome. Judges should be appointed on merit only. Collegium is worse than reservation.

@@LawAbidingPerson I have no comparative knowledge on the level of corruption between the two .But one thing is certain that Judicial corruption can be more destructive then police corruption on the lives of a common people...and also both allegedly have corruption charges against them - Police and Judiciary.The common Indian knows this fact but is helpless - because we are supposed to be law abiding ! cannot speak against the law - Police and judiciary !!!

Yes, in most cases, the accused and the guilty prepares well and reads well and knows well the law better than the authorities at courts. And moreover, the judges come into position by collegium and that’s what the present Modi government is opposing. It applies to all government employees who gets through the qualification test only once, some decades ago, and sit back and take rest till retirement.

This is the first time when I am watching such a brilliant debating mind in the court room whi is far better than high court judge & advocate. वकीलों में नैतिकता की कमी है। पैसे लेकर भी कोर्ट में खड़े नही होते हैं और आम जनता परेशान होती है कई वर्षों तक. जज साहब को सारी सुविधाएं जनता के टैक्स से ही मिलती है और आम जनता को ही कंटेम्पट ऑफ कोर्ट की धमकी कहाँ तक उचित है।

मै अगर इस देश का प्रायमिनिस्टर होता तो इस आदमी को डायरेक्ट सुप्रीम कोर्ट का वकिल बनाता क्योकी इसकी सेल्प स्टडी देखकर सब चुप हो गये क्योकि इसमे 100% सच्चायी दिख रही है और बंदा जज के पाॅइंट को बहुत होशियारी से काट रहा है यैसे लोग अगर वकिल बनेगे तो आम इंन्सान को खुद की केस समज कर न्याय देगे 👍👍❤️❤️
Kanoon me aysa koi provision nahi hain ke prime minister jisko chahe supreme court ka advocate bana de. Aysa karne ke liye kanoon me amendment karna hoga.
