I took it off for awhile and came home from work just here recently and it somehow got sucked up to the intake on the bottom.. it didn't make it. So have to get another one.. Banned for protection and preservations of the limited Corals Reefs we have in India.
India has vast seas and costal areas but very little Corals Reefs and these Reefs are majorly found in Southern India, Gujrat (west coast), Andaman & Nicobar Island and Lakshadweep Islands .
There is no aqua cultured facility for Corals in India and selling corals was never an authorized trade to begin with
Andaman & Nicobar Island and Lakshadweep Islands are holiday destinations that are secluded and far off from the mainland having pristine waters with diverse marine life and spectacular corals reefs, these islands are controlled and protected by the government so no Corals are sold here.
Gujrat (west coast) and Southern India (especially Chennai) are extremely densely populated mainland but does not have corals reef like Andaman & Nicobar or Lakshadweep Islands and here corals are illegally plucked off from the reefs and sold all across India.
The coral peddlers are destroying whatever coral reef is left that's why the government has banned the trading of all forms of coral be it live corals, dead coral, coral skeletons even live rock is also banned

Beautiful Tank however, it looks like it’s been set up for years because he used mature, coral, not frag‘s to set up his aquarium. Let’s not get it twisted he didn’t start those corals from frag‘s and groom out in less than a year at that size that would beat out mother nature in growth.

A lot of corals that are in his tank can be grown from small frags to big colonies easily ;)

@@DannysAquariums yes i know. However, the CORALS he did not start at 1 inch frag’s to get to that size in 11 months that would be impossible. ask god!

@@DannysAquariums Very true: inexpensive and quickly growing corals - the only coral not grown from a frag in this system is the green plating monti. Stability, good biology, great lighting and carbon dosing to keep bacterial populations up and thus feed the corals = great growth

Many people here do, but I very much prefer the sleek look of a rimless tank without a hood or cover, and i have been lucky enough in that my fish losses to jumping have been minimal!
