Super super super lovely playing fantastic
Thank you very much for the clear and good explanation of the individual steps to learn to play a song. 👍
You’re welcome!
1:52 sounds like indian classical music... love it
This ended up being more in depth than I expected, but I hope you'll break down your practicing into specific layers - it's the fastest way to speed up your playing!
Thanks!
Just here to support you! I don't play violin or other instruments.
You and this channel deserve more subscribers! W
Your French pronunciation is quite good by the way! 😊
Merci Cindy!
I shall comment on every teaching video :)
Thanks Rob!
Thank you!
I’m an 8 months long beginner, so this is a little above my level. However, I’m gonna start trying it,because my left to right hand coordination is off.
Let me know if it helps, Nickie!

Woah
Yay
Im having a hard time with the bow. I get quieter and quieter twards that end of the slur and the last octive. Im working on spacing the bow out better and moving twards the bridge but do you have any thing to help with that? Like exercises or just tips.
Yes, the best thing for you to do is to practice lots of slow bows at the frog. Without seeing what you’re doing, my guess is you’re spending too much now, and your left hand is too slow (which means you have to spend more now to compensate).
Think of “resisting” and pulling your bow as slowly as humanly possible while making a good sound. You’ll become comfortable playing slowly at the frog so you have plenty of room in the upper half.
As for getting too quiet, my guess is that your arm isn’t pronated into the stick enough. I use a lot of arm weight instead of leverage to draw out the tone, so you may try that. I’ll have more technique videos soon that could help too.
