    8:14 - Really emotional. You can hear the pain and shame in Harold, and it just makes you feel all the more sorry for him.

      @@QualityControl2271 i used 2 be like harold. i mean, i used 2 be chubby but i was never fat like him. i used 2 eat whole packages of chocolate cream oreos & order large fries at burger king & mcdonalds. i always got cookies from mickey ds too. i wanted 2 get the super size fries but my mom wouldnt let me. i used 2 have pop tarts 4 breakfast, always get dessert at sit down restaurants & not exercise at all. after i had depression in 2011 i decided 2 make a change. i made a resolution in 2012 that if i got a snack or a dessert with lunch at school 2 eat all the healthier stuff first. then i started playing just dance 4 on my wii & doing jillian michaels dvds a year later. when i got on the scale at the doctor a few years ago he said i lost 14 pounds. when i went back six months later i lost two more. six months later i lost five more & put on a pound of muscle. i lost two more after that. i couldnt think of a resolution this year or last year but two years ago i made one 2 try 2 stop eating so much sugar. now i usually have protein shakes 4 breakfast & apples with peanut butter when i get home from work

      @@QualityControl2271 i used 2 be like harold. i mean, i was chubby but i was never fat like him. i used 2 eat whole packages of chocolate cream oreos. i tried making sure i only had three but ended up having the whole package. now i dont eat them at all anymore & my mom said she thinks thats what helped me lose weight the most. i used 2 always get large fries with my burgers at mcdonalds & burger king. i got cookies at mcdonalds too. i wanted the super size fries but my mom wouldnt let me get them. i used 2 always get cookie dough when i went 2 papa murphys. i always got dessert at restaurants too. i used 2 not exercise at all except when my mom made me go on walks with her. i had depression in 2011, couldnt sleep & cried every day at school. in 2012 i decided 2 make a change. i made a new years resolution that year that if i got a snack or a dessert with lunch at school 2 eat all the healthier stuff first. i got just dance 4 & started playing it on my wii. in 2013 i started buying jillian michaels dvds. i have 11 of them & her bodyshred program. i dont do them that much anymore. i see a doctor every six months & when he weighed me he said i lost 14 pounds. i lost two more pounds when i went back, five more after that & put on a pound of muscle. i lost two more when i went back so i lost 23 al2ogether. i couldnt think of a resolution this year or last year but two years ago i made one 2 try 2 stop eating so much sugar. i have the biggest sweet tooth ever but im trying 2 control it & not let it control me. the last time i got a dessert at a restaurant was two months ago. i was gonna pass on it but it was just a small brownie with one scoop of ice cream & whipped cream so i had it

    i used 2 be like harold when i was a kid. i mean, i used 2 be chubby but i was never fat like him. i used 2 eat whole packages of chocolate cream oreos & sometime later tried 2 only have three but didnt. i used 2 always get large fries with my burgers at mcdonalds & burger king & the cookies at mickey d’s too. i wanted 2 get super size fries but my mom wouldnt let me. i used 2 not exercise & had depression in 2011. i decided 2 make a change in 2012. i made a resolution that year that if i got a snack or a dessert with lunch at school 2 eat all the healthier stuff first. in 2013 i started doing jillian michaels’ dvds. i used 2 just eat oatmeal plain but now i put banana or strawberries slices in it. sometimes i put jelly in it too. i see a doctor every six months. one time when he weighed me that year he said i lost 14 pounds. i went back six months later & he said i lost two more. i lost five more when i went back & lost 21 al2gether! i lost two more & put on a pound of muscle too when i went back after that! i dont have a scale so idk how much i am now. i couldnt think of a resolution 2 make this year but last year i made one 2 try 2 stop eating so much sugar. i have the biggest sweet tooth ever but im trying 2 control it & not let it control me. i dont do jillian that much anymore. now i like pilates, squats, squat thrusts & surrender lunges. i still like bicycle crunches but not as much as i used 2. i do throw downs every now & again. some of my favorite snacks r an apple with peanut butter & a banana with it too. now i dont eat oreos at all anymore & my mom says she thinks thats whats helped me lose weight the most. now i have catalina crunch cookies every now & again instead. theyre in my cabinet but i think i only had one or two last week. usually i have a chocolate & banana smoothie or an apple with peanut butter 4 breakfast. one healthy thing i did b4 2012 was i never drank soda & still dont. one time i tried coke & didnt like it. i tried sprite & mountain dew & didnt like those either. i t dont remember 4 sure but i think i tried 7up too. i didnt like it either

      @@kikigam7113 thanks. i try not 2 obsess about what i eat but sometimes its hard not 2. if i have candy or something i just enjoy it

    Imagine having "friends" who backbite you like that. Disgusting.
    On a side note, How could Harold have gained all that weight when the cruise line only served salads? Salads, at least to the best of my knowledge, are not even remotely fattening.
    Any plausible theories in that regard?

      At the end of the day, weight is all about the amount of calories you consume. Even if you eat the most nutritious diet in the world, you’ll still gain weight if you overeat and consume too many calories. Even though salads are generally low calorie, I imagine Harold got overconfident and ate an enormous amount of salad. Those calories added up, resulting in him gaining weight
