    We’ve used the three FF carry for years and it is so much easier and faster.

      @@bigdog4574 True, however that is the reason all firefighters should have basic RIT training during their initial training at the academy.
      Rarely does the RIT perform the rescue or removal of a downed firefighter. The majority of the time it is performed by the immediate crew that the member is working with or with the assistance from members already operating within the building.
      The more firefighters that are trained in RIT work, the more likely three firefighters will be available.
