The days of the arcane are over as we are in the Age of A, in which it is a group effort, not a solo one as in the Christ, to shift the collective consciousness. I appreciate your work. This is an important message I think. It does feel like been tested. The negative thought patterns would be so strong and the same thoughts would just go on and on to the point where I couldn't even meditate properly for a while. I'd sleep for days, have really bad headaches and pains and I understand withdrawal well. It did seem like an almost herculean task for quite a while but I am getting better at clearing out old 'stuff '. My mind is generally much quieter these days and I can feel my energy levels and vibration rising and I feel more at peace, more present and aware for longer spells now.
I have been meditating since 1972.....big deal , who cares. The reason I do it is to get in the Love ie see the inner Light and hear the inner music. I need a direct taste of that every day. I find sex energy meditation to produce real results.
