Kotori may be strict and all, she is obviously one of the most mature characters in the series. However, Yoshino actually has a better and massive character development than Kotori in the light novels especially in the later volume. But still, she is personally a favorite in my list. Not only that, she is actually in my top five favorite character list ranking at number four.

What kills me is at the end of season three when Shido lost control of his power jotaro was so quick to resort to killing him. Even though if it were the other way Shido wouldn't have given up on her. The others needed convince her they can still save him.
