However, the wife loves the color, open heart designs and display back cases. Looks like a great Anniversary gift and if she bangs it around at work, not a problem, click click order another.
Love this watch, I pre-odered it and got it delivered almost 2 weeks ago with both the leather strap and the bracelet. I have watches 15x the price, and I still find this a fun and lovely watch. Price cant be beat for the value. Keep up the great content, Jory ✊️
I got mine and put it on a Binlun white silicon strap I got on Amazon and it looks great! I wear it this way with sneakers, jeans and a plain white shirt and it gives the watch completely different look and feel then with the bracelet it comes with. I don’t like the black strap on the watch. Not for me but I have used the strap on other watches.

Still waiting to find my grail in this range - manual wind chrono w/ big date and display case back, (think ST1931 movement) with a fairly plain design. Seagull and especially Red Star have come within a hair of my purchase, if not for design choices that haven’t done it for me (totally subjective).

Would love to find something that times into the hours (so think like a 12 hour totalizer for example), but that’s in a price range that’s a fair bit higher. I know the Tissot PRX Chrono does it, possibly a few more in the $1000-1500-ish price point. I’m probably gonna end up with something along the lines of a Seagull 1963 (or at least that layout) to start, then go from there. Got my hands on a MoonSwatch (my first chrono actually) the other day, so my interest is piqued again.
looks like a slight improvement over what you could get on the streets of guangzhou 10 years ago for $50 without much haggling. same open heart, same movement. recessed pushers and lume being the improvements.
Their asymmetrical chronograph in blue is good looking too. I get cold feet on most Chinese stuff though after some quality issues with a pierre paulin chronograph. Movement is well regulate and very clean. It arrived with two chips in case back, big scratch in buckle and a few dust specs under crystal. They sent new buckle quickly. Unfortunately no case backs were available. I deceased it to remove dust specs from dial and the paint chipped off under were the reflection ring sits to edge of dial.... very fragile or not adhered to dial well.
Not a big fan of open hearts but I love display case backs .This boderry isn't my cup o tea but I am going to get their bronze one....thanks for the show
It's a very nice watch and great for the open heart and cool complication fans. I see there are a few colours available if the blue isn't your thing though I do think it as the nicest one.

Well, I love it! You're right, it's not the BEST bracelet, but it's better than most and WAY better than I've seen at this price.

Not bad, but there's enough space on the dial to push those sub dials outward some, or make a smaller diameter. It looks rather cramped in its current configuration.
This dial layout had been done to death on cheap Chinese automatics. The price point actually seems way to high for what you’re getting. The fake tourbilion has been shitting up watches since the late 90s.
They have multiple designs all coming out of the same factory in China. DON'T BUY. I bought one, same complication, but totally different look. However, all of the operational details were the exact same as this one. Date complications crapped itself after only two weeks and I binned that piece of junk. I only paid around a hundred dollars for it from light-in-the-box, I believe, but it was a hundred dollars flushed down the toilet. Honestly, stay clear of this shit Funny side note: my watch actually would cycle all the way through to the "39th"of each month. Chinese calendar, I guess. I hope they paid you well for your services, Jory. Anyone buying this piece of garbage will waste 150 Dollars. Mark my words and don't say that I didn't warn you.

Boderry are a decent brand. They don't rush out homages, one after the other. They have produced much smaller numbers of different watches over time. They are much more original than most similar Chinese brands. I have their titanium Windmill
Is not really special. You can get that same movent in even cheaper watches chinese watches, On amazon, most of them are quite bad. olevs is one of those brands. When I see this watchr I only see one of those $100 watches . With that ugly fake tourbillon

Hi - enjoyed this and your other watch video's but, and this is pretty irrelevant to this video, I noticed a few references to your car channel featuring a BMW. I'm from the UK and what I can't understand about you American Guys is that you come from the land that produces the Dodge Charger, Ford Mustang etc yet do flips and flops over overpriced, unreliable, ugly German tractors with designer labels. You have great taste in watches so why not your beautiful cars that you produce at home?
My eyes hurt. What a horrible design and quality. I bet those who buy it will trash it in max 5 years. It is not horology it is a fashion watch with bad taste.
It's got as much class as the greasy shirt Guangdong laoban wearing it. I can take these watch apart in seconds with my fingernails but not much to salvage from it, I'd say at 10$ if they pay you it's a good deal.
Don't buy this watch! The watch and the brand are absolute garbage. Boderry does not adhere to their own warranty conditions. In the event of a defect you are not entitled to anything.

I like the tiff blue, popular in the ‘50 Porsche made a 356 in that color. Get an Audi better engineered. If you hate under steer you can fix it

There is no watches that are waterproof. This one is good to 5 ATM. So if it was mine it would not go near water.
Get rid of the open heart, change the dial color and you have a winner here.
My guanqin 16120 better since it has sapphire crystal. Only has lume on on the hands though.😅
