Just use a toothpick and carefully scratch both earbuds and down holes. If there are black dots on the earbuds clean those too. Dirt will be the main issue for not charging. Worked for me
I found the solution guys, Almost nothing from the comments helped me. Here it is, Spray a bit of WD40 on a cotton bud, And clean the pins inside the charging case. Shove the cotton bud down the hole where charging pins are and give it a spin. That will clean the charging pins and wax build up. Your earpods will charge again 😜
What helped me was removing the metal caps at the bottom of the earbuds. Just stick your nail between the metal and the plastic and wiggle them off. Don't worry, you can clip them back on after charging if you want to. Or you can just keep them off. It won't look nice and obviously the buds will no longer be waterproof, but whatever.
Can't remove it. When I separated the metal part from plastic part, I saw the metal part was connected to the inner wiring. :) how did y'all do it. Send help
My LP5 did this too, my right earbuds isn't charging, so what I did basically is get an cotton buds then use alcohol to wet it just a bit then clean the bottom of your earbuds and the inside of your case as well if it doesn't work well I'm sorry
A mesma coisa aconteceu comigo, exatamente a mesma situação.

Am totally confused here......i went through the comments but i found nothing helpful,my earpods does the same and the blue light never switches itself off
The same thing happened to me but I found a way around the problem. I'll try and explain the workaround I made to make it work. 1- Wait for the earbuds charging case to fully die (the light turns off). 2- When that happens, put it to charge for about 20 minutes (with the earbuds inside). 3- After the 20 minutes, remove the case from the charger and let the phone charge with that little charge in the case for about 2 hours (at least) and then remove and finally use the earbuds. The charge is good for a long time (goes to 100%), in both headphones. 4- Then the case will die quickly (since it only charged for 20 minutes) and just repeat the process when the earbuds die again. I found that the earbuds only charged together when the case had completely ran out of battery and I put them in the charger. It's like it needs to restart in order to work, so I never let the case fully charge and I repeat the process every day. I usually put it on at night and wait for 20 minutes to charge and then take it off before going to sleep, letting the phone charge in the case during the night and in the morning the headphones are full and enough for the day with constant use. Hope it works for you too!

No need to clean the connection pins or anything else!! You have to know how the lenovo case work when you connect it with the charger it blinks RED thats charging the case, when you want to charge the pods press the button it should be constant green, if it is blinking green means the case needs charging if you dont charge the case for more than 2 or 3 dsys, the green light blinks green and charging the pods becomes week OR no charging!!!and thats why the pod show less power or not chaged. That's all.

Lenovo LP1 is the worst ever so called "Bluetooth earpods" ever made by human beings. Lenovo really failed us. Like what in the fuckery even is this? Money wasted, time wasted. Really disappointed at Lenovo. I want to stomp on these. Someday I for real will. Stupid earbuds. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 -10/10
