But I’m concerned how to use heat to keep the ends fresh on all of these curls? What have you found works the best? I’m truly hoping for an answer as I may want to order another. I absolutely love this wig. As far as the others go I have about half of the ones that you’ve shown. The shorter styles just aren’t for me. You look gorgeous in each and every wig! Hi Sharon! I’ve only used a small bit of Simply Stylin Light Silk Spray. The ends have a “frizzy” look to them right out of the box, so I believe they will hold up very well. I do not wear mine every day and I put it up a couple times to keep it off the clothing. Hope this helps! I find curly styles hold up better compared to straight styles of the same length. Hope you love your TWIX! I get so many compliments on it! 🥰🥰🥰

I ordered Ellen Wille’s Onda, and I’m trying to her shaped so I can “love” her, but frustratingly, I notice that my hai on either side of my forehead shows. Does this mean it that’s it’s too small? I’ve adjusted the Velcro tabs, but it still comes up short. My head circumference is 22”.
Hello! All brands seem to offer a little different coverage. Your circumference is average but your front to back and/or ear to ear measurement may be outside of average. It may take a exploring a few brands to see what fits and covers your hairline best💛💛💛
Regarding stroke of genius… It’s gorgeous and yes voluptuous but what do you do after several wearing the bottom of the long hair gets frizzy and annoying how do you deal with that

Your Stella looks so amazing!! I ordered one from WS1 and got it fast, but my lace front looked so harsh which is weird. I have loved all my Ellen Wille wigs, and I wanted this one BADLY, but the knots were so harsh that you couldnt miss them. I Got it in Bahama Beige, which was gorgeous, but I had to send it back. I didnt even try it on. I just put my hand under the lace and knew I couldnt wear it. I had read some scary reviews about the return policy, so I just sent it back immediately. I think I will cry now. lol. It just looks so amazing on you!! How are your knots? Maybe the one I got just slipped thru the cracks at Ellen W.

That would be difficult to get curl back if you straighten it with heat.. you would have set it in a tight spiral somehow and re apply heat, but I don't think you will get the original texture back. Best to have a straight style at a similar length so you don't have to straighten Twix XOXO

Wow you certainly make these wigs look beautiful. Maybe because of my generation there was always a taboo about wigs - they’re too fake, they make you a fake - but this is nonsense. I’m going to have to get on board. I need my hair to be beautiful to feel good. I’ve lost half my hair since I was a teenager. In high school I was voted the girl with the prettiest hair. Taz, I love your recommendations, but I am at the beginning of my wig journey and so frustrated. I have a large head and manufacturers do not make a single one of your suggestions in a large cap. Indeed, If you search the large cap dept at Wigstudio1, not one wig is listed as mid-length and curly. (Going to try wavy Editor’s Pick, but it does not come hand-tied in large, so I am not optimistic.) I know you are blessed with a petite-average head, but why are mfrs ignoring those of us who have larger skulls? Enough of my venting. Happy New Year.
I love Raquel Welch wigs BUT BUT BUT they only last about 5 minutes because the heat friendly fiber gets frayed so easily when it rubs against our skin and clothing! I don't understand why they don't alter the fiber content to stay and keep the initial gorgeous style! Jon Renau wigs are much better quality and last for YEARS!

Taz, I love your recommendations, but I am at the beginning of my wig journey and so frustrated. I have a large head and manufacturers do not make a single one of your suggestions in a large cap. Indeed, If you search the large cap dept at Wigstudio1, not one wig is listed as mid-length and curly. (Going to try wavy Editor’s Pick, but it does not come hand-tied in large, so I am not optimistic.) I know you are blessed with a petite-average head, but why are mfrs ignoring those of us who have larger skulls?

I love Raquel Welch wigs BUT BUT BUT they only last about 5 minutes because the heat friendly fiber gets frayed so easily when it rubs against our skin and clothing! I don't understand why they don't alter the fiber content to stay and keep the initial gorgeous style! Jon Renau wigs are much better quality and last for YEARS!
