She is the modern Joni Mitchell and I agree, her first album is other worldly. It’s been on replay for me for the last month. Gravity and Between the Lines haunt me.
I remember when my body would let me sleep 8-10 hours. I sure miss those days. I hope to take my granddaughter to your show. Thanks for sharing your talent with the world! 🤗
lol I still live that way (in spite of how the last time I was in a musical was 5 years ago) because whenever I have a cold, I get laryngitis for 3 weeks *minimum* where I sound like a man with a range of like A1-D3, but also like Grover from Sesame Street if I try to sing anything higher than the G below middle C 🫠 For 3 weeks to a month.
I WISH i could sleep 9 hours a night 😞. gonna spend the next two hours getting back to sleep after spending 4 hours getting to sleep then my husband woke me up an hour ago
How can that dude react like “You get NINE hours?!” to her? What an absolute POS. That’s within the recommended amount of sleep, and furthermore different age ranges require different amounts, and most important of all different people require different amounts. I wish it wasn’t the case, but I’ve always needed closer to 10 hour to feel anywhere near normal. For many years I stayed up too late and woke up too early because I was going off of misinformation and pretending like every human on earth somehow needed the exact same amount of sleep, and many of my peers function perfectly fine on much less sleep than my body needs. I basically have to choose to have more waking hours where I’m feeling crappy and run-down, or to sleep what seems like an excessive amount to most people.
Agree. But in general, if you want a healthy, long life. . . . you must get 8-10hrs quality, uninterrupted sleep. I worked in a dementia-care facility before, We noticed that most of our patients during their youth used to deprive themselves of sleep because of either work, or just personal preference...
One of the greatest singers of our time.
And so many people have missed out
I agree.
(and songwriters)
Her first record is absolutely nuts

Is this one of the most underrated singers of our time?
Defo
I love that 8-10 hours is the recommended amount but if anyone flirts with over eight everyone's like "wow privilege"

I couldn't force myself to sleep 10 hours a night. @@themug406
@@themug406hahaha however to actually be asleep for 8 hours a lot of times that entails being in bed 9 or 10...at least I've found that for myself:)

How many hours of sleep one needs each night really depends on the person.
