Kris Kringle 2023 competition, FS4 Interpretive.

In an interpretive competition, you do not prepare in advance. Instead, you will arrive at the rink and find out what song was selected for you. You hear it two or three times and then immediately perform whatever you could make up for the judges. This time, the song was “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas.”
I am currently undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer and it has impacted my skating skills and speed so this was a pretty decent effort. I came in first to the rulebook.
