I bet you $50 that the twist will be either the daughter is the real butcher/her father is assisting her OR both the father and daughter are a serial killer team
No, the father is another serial killer, not the butcher, and he wanna survive long enough until they caught the other one.
Or that the father is forced to do it by the real butcher or else his daughter would be killed or something idk

Seems way too obvious, especially considering everyone is predicting that. I bet the kid from the Six Sense assisted Josh Hartnett with capturing the butcher because the butcher murdered someone close to him. The guy tied up screaming is probably the butcher.

The movie had me with Josh Hartnett & M Night like seriously I’m so happy that Hartnett is getting more roles because he’s not only one of my favorite actors but one of the most underrated actors and he star in many of my favorite horror films like the faculty & 30 days of night. He was also great in Black Mirror.
He did Penny Dreadful for a while, it was pretty good
He was dope in Pearl Harbor

HE IS NOT THE BUTCHER... Shyamalan always has a sad tragedy mixed with suspense and fear. Harnett's character probably wants revenge on the butcher, probably because the butcher murdered his wife. That is why it's just him and his daughter at the concert. He probably got a hold of the butcher's phone which is why he has access to his home security cameras... or that is the butcher locked up in his basement. Maybe Harnett locked up the wrong guy. And that look on his face is a look of revenge. Shyamalan likes to use the color RED to highlight important elements in the film.

Yeah gotta be a twist. What if the guy he saw on the phone is the butcher and he caught him and got him trapped cause he cut up a family member and is getting revenge but they somehow think it's him instead cause they tracked his phone or internet history about going to the concert.

I think it sets up the movie pretty well. There is a trap for killer and it's full of people, and he knows about it.

Twist: he is A killer. But not THE killer. Not the killer the cops are after, at least. And he ends up going from protagonist, to antagonist, and back to protagonist as he has to save his daughter from the killer.

I'm wondering if this might be a tie-in with "Unbreakable," with the arena setting. Remember Bruce Willis' character was a security guard in a similar setting? Will he show up in this film?

Maybe the twist is it’s all in his head and he is acting out a scenario where he is the killer and trying to avoid capture. His daughter is not really alive but maybe another one of the psych ward patients.
