Anyway, on with the video…

Picture this.
You’ve booked a call after doing a ton of outreach.
You feel sensational & are full of energy, looking forward to the call ahead.
The day of the call finally arrives.
You join through the zoom link, patiently waiting.
5 minutes go by.
Still waiting.
Another 5 minutes go by.
Still waiting.
Yet another 5 minutes go by.
Still painfully waiting.
Turns out that booking that you were so excited about never showed up.
This is the reality that many agency owners face in their business.
They can book calls but have a poor show up rate due to a lack of commitment from the prospects side, as well as no proper nurturing system in place.
Sure, emergencies happen & sometimes prospects need to reschedule for whatever reason.
But there are PLENTY of times where people ghost you due to simply forgetting about the call or not being nurtured properly.
In this video, I’m going to show you how to get ANY SMMA meeting to show up, ensuring that your booked calls aren’t going to waste.
I hope you find it helpful. If you do, consider subscribing :)
Thanks,
Charlie
Highlight:
1)Double-check on the appointment to ensure the prospect is held accountable to show up
2) Let the prospect choose the time instead of giving them a dual option
3) Triple confirm the appointment to ensure they are absolutely certain to show up
4) Spend time qualifying the lead to get more information and make them more accountable
5) Use a calendar tool like Calendly to send reminders and confirmations
6) Send a reminder email 24 hours before the appointment
7) Use a video message to confirm the appointment and build rapport
8) Send a text reminder 1 hour before the appointment
9) Use scarcity and urgency to motivate the prospect to show up
10) Follow up with them after the appointment whether they show up or not
this is literally what i'm struggling with right now. Thank you so much for the great content brother!
BRO I just booked 6 meetings from 50 cold calls, and my show up rates are so bad, only one might show up
Your videos have been insanely valuable. No idea how I've never seen anyone address this problem. Thank you Charlie
Need to go on a binge spree of your channel

You are the best. Lightyears ahead of others.
Good stuff here man
Got some really good gems out of this... there were a couple things that I'd definitely not do though
What conversion rates should we aim for ? (Wich are considered as good?)
From Cold Call to
-> Appointment booked
-> Showed Up
-> Closed
1: Min 10%
2: Min 60%
3: 25%
@@jjjjj77772 Thanks man !
For the 1st one that’s 10% of people spoken to or 10 dials ?
@@leonwa97 That's for people spoken to minimum. Anything below that is basically scandalous. You'd want to get about 20-35% eventually.
It works but paid ads and cold email is just more efficient
@@leonwa97 10 dials is too small a number, 10% is basically winning.
Great video, thanks, Charlie
Love your content
this video is gold
Awesome Charlie

Could you automate this process ish , ie in HighLevel once you add the prospect as an opportunity for your agency they automatically get sent emails and sms, and enter a sort of drip campaign building up to the demo call? Or how necessary is the personal touchpoints like wud {{contact-name}} be aight or you'd probs need some personalized looms. Either way you could setup a campaign to systemize the process. < Just answered my question I guess, thoughts would be great :)
Charlie do you live in a new appartment?
