This is interestingly similar to a German dish called Tafespitz. It’s boiled brisket that’s served with the broth and horseradish, sometimes also with 7-herb green sauce.
I enjoy watching you and your wife. you two appear very down to earth and i appreciate your honesty and frankness when preparing your videos. not withstanding how delicious everything looks!!!
Lol we have a similar thing in Ethiopia about people we like and don't like. If we like you, we will offer coffee, because the process involves roasting and grinding and doing three rounds of coffee, all while chatting with your guests. If we don't like you, we offer tea, since that isn't as big in Ethiopia so it's usually just the tea bags (so just drink it and get out!)
We Koreans love sesame seeds on everything 😂😂 and our relatives just love to give us all the leftovers from wherever 😆😆 I could almost hear the 이모 & 고모 (aunties) saying, “그냥 다 가지가” (just take everything home)😅 Btw, thanks for another great recipe! ❤️
They eat so well and lots of food Its very interesting Ive learned to cook some dishes from Korea so yummy cant handle it as hot though 😊 They are so blest they have beautiful skin as well Hey Katie been missing you guys 🇦🇺🌺❤️
As a muslim, needed this beef suyuk. Now i'll make it at home as soon as possible.

Because I couldn’t eat beef.
