Great design!!! Love it! Hope to see its CR also. The Berkeley layout is almost the same as that of Blue Residences' except that in Blue the AC is at the top portion of the wall (in which case an additional sitting area may be added in the living room area. The "under the bed area" may be made into a "guest room":)

Maganda. Functional kahit super liit ng space. Love the kitchen. Sana lang sa bed area di mo sinagad yung tempered glass. Hindi sana buong length ng bed. Mga 70% lang para di suffocating and masikip. Ayoko ng feeling nakabox parang kabaong. But thats me clautrophobic kasi ko. Off yung place ng cabinet. But thats the unit eh. Kaya galing nagawan mo ng paraan. I like your designs. Modern, clean, and again functional

Very innovative layout to maximise the space! Especially like the placement of the sofa and choices to let more natural light into the apartment.And there’s so much storage space without feeling “boxy”! I have two questions though (1) Is the TV is on a swivel mount, so that it can more directly face the sofa area (2) Does the glass wall next to the bed area have panes that can slide? Am asking because I am trying to visualize how the bedsheets are changed. Thanks in advance!

Ang ganda.. nice concept pero sana lng wala nang salamin ung nasa bed... If may ganap sa kama parang delikado pa yung salamin. 😂
