- IT"S A TRAP!!! Mario and the team have chased down Bowser Jr., who has kidnapped Princess Peach. After pursuing him through a warp pipe, Mario, Luigi, Toad and Yoshi find themselves on a dark and barren wasteland. A remote moon. And Bowser Jr. is ready! He has been constructing a robot reactor called Megaleg and Princess Peach is being held prisoner inside the hull of the giant metal beast. Can Mario rescue the princess? Hold onto your seats, this race just took a much more dangerous turn!
This track video is in followup to "Bowser Jr.'s Revenge!" that I uploaded on March 3rd, 2015. So if the opening scenes of this video don't make any sense, be sure to watch that video first.
WOW! This track took forever to build and upload. Sorry everyone for the crazy long wait! I have always loved the Megaleg Boss Battle. It's very unique in style. A gigantic robot that you climb up, dodge Bullet Bills and destroy. How cool is that? The idea of building a Megaleg started off as a revamp for GBA Cheeseland. Eventually it evolved into it's own custom track idea of Megaleg Moon, but the idea was so huge and far-fetched that it seemed impossible to build. How on earth would the karts travel up and down this giant robot? Then Mario Kart 8 came out and introduced anti-gravity racing. That was the answer I needed. (Now if I can just convince Nintendo to add this into a future MK8 DLC pack.) Ever since then this course has slowly evolved in my mind from impossible to feasible. And here it is!
As you all can see this undertaking was huge! There will be three tutorial videos coming out soon to explain the building of my biggest creation ever. Be sure to check them out.

DISCLAIMER - I have more than two dozen other custom track ideas. None of them, however, compare in size or scope to this course. What does that mean? One. It means that I have lots of other fun and creative courses still to come! Two. It means none of them should take as long to build or upload as this one did. I believe that one of my biggest hesitations for building this course was that it would leave a huge gaping hole in between track videos. And it did. Two and a half months! Thank you everyone for being patient with me. I hope it was worth the incredible wait.

NEXT TRACK HINT: I am horribly overdue for another Double Dash course. With Bowser Jr. on thin ice for his stunts that he pulled off here, he's gonna be hard pressed to win this next race. In other words, yes, Bowser Jr. will be racing and Mario and Luigi plan on preventing him from winning!
A track based on the best boss battle in Super Mario Galaxy. AMAZING!
Actually one of the worst in my opinion. But yeah the track is still awesome!
It is a good boss, but I Prefer Heavy Metal Mecha Bowser.
After all these years, this is still too good...
Imagine if Mario Kart games had a story mode and had boss battles...
I love the new beginning storylines! It makes it funner to watch and more adventurous!
The Pikapilot I enjoy doing storylines as well, but don't expect them with every track. This was just a fun way to introduce Bowser Jr. into the races. But I will try to incorporate more storyline into my videos when able. Cool?

This course of yours is my favourite because: 1) Music really matches 2) Not only are they racing they're also try to rescue Peach.
3) It's got an awesome name. 4) It's just AWESOME!!!!!!

Wow! I really was thinking hard when you asked for more boss ideas. I turned to Mario Galaxy, since there are so many bosses, Mega-leg, king Whomp, and king Lakitu where the best. I love how the track is so boring at the beginning. I thought "It's not hard to make this it took him really long," then BOOM, Megaleg comes out of nowhere, doubling the track size! Great track overall and should be in a DLC

Man, sorry I'm late, but this is worth the wait! This was awesome, all your custom ideas often are strokes of genius. And a race with a boss battle, that's PART of the course? Never heard of! Still haven't found Capt. Toad yet...

Imagine if one of the DLC courses would've been like this, that would be so cool.
So refreshing to see a new custom track! The Megaleg feature is a great addition and works nicely. Good to see a story accompanying the track as well. In a word: Creative and amazingly awesome! Wait that's 4... Anyway, It's great to have someone else who cares about the Mario kart k'nex line. Stunning.

It will be my 50th track video! So I have special little celebration track planned out. In other words, more custom tracks are coming!

Ok, I know that after Bouldergheist Ravine, you said that you would include more boss characters, but that was not what I was expecting!!!! Amazing job! So cool how you made an actual boss fight! I don't know how, but you should totally do more tracks like this! I didn't think it would be, but that was SO WORTH THE WAIT!!!!

These need to be actual things in Mario kart, boss courses, mostly containing different types of bosses, like megaleg, and the first of all the people playing to get the final hit on each boss wins

I have a suggestion. In super mario sunshine, you find shadow mario, (bowser Mr dressed up) using a mecha bowser. If you could remake the scene, it would be brilliant. Also maybe add him into the characters?

But there are some problems 1: sometimes toad gose fast by the camera and then imthinking you swaped toad whit captain toad 2: how do you even hide captain toad in tis track 3 sometimes i think hes not even hidden in it
Lego Minecraft I've said before Captain Toad is not a racer, so I wouldn't try to trick anyone by sticking him in a kart that races by. Some tracks like Rainbow Road N64 are tricky. This one really wasn't too hard. I had several hiding places in mind. I promise that he IS in the video. That's why the reveal video will be coming out soon.

Lego Minecraft I started working on construction earlier this week. Should be able to get a lot more done this weekend. I have some ideas to pass by my Dad and he'll be home to help.

Tandon Ricks And I think all three legs are the obstacles. Just to give you a heads up.
Tandon Ricks And one last thing I should say. There is a way to get up and throw Bob-ombs at the glass. First, the track is going to have a switch (Unfortunately, the switch will be available after I move it, which is in 30 seconds.), then goes up to the head, which then will go straight around the head, and finally goes down to the main track on the other side. Pretty crazy, right?

Ernie McElwee I'm glad you liked the track. I wanted this course to be unlike anything you've ever seen before. In regards to Electrodome or Daisy Cruiser. I don't take track requests anymore. Both of them are very cool courses. I'm sure that I'll be doing both of them eventually.

Why didn’t you use the Megaleg music?
It's been a couple years so I'm completely sure but it may have been that we thought that Bowser Jr's theme would fit the boss fight better as a race than Megaleg's theme
